  Worst panda I've ever been to. Food is cooked wrong, old slimy. The people working there are horribly unprofessional, have no clue or care what they are doing. It'll be shut down within the year.

  Customer service is the worst around town. I do not like the fact that they refuse to take a phone order. They only do online orders.wish we would've gotten a Pei Wei instead of this.Very slow

  Oh my God. I thought I would never see the day a Panda Express has a one-star. 3 out 4 of us got very sick the next day, all the long. It put us out of commission.
  The food was stale from being under the hot lamp too long.
  We were military . We came and still had active military cards. We used it. And they only gave us a discount on one item instead of the whole receipt . On top of that I was charged the $4.50 more than what the guy said it would be. The manager drive-through guy was so clueless as to how to do the orders or anything. And he's been here the longest. The only thing that was good was it teriyaki chicken and that's because it was just made .
  I am very very disappointed. this is my first one star I've ever given. And you have to earn that one star. Dont go to this Panda Express. go to Chick-fil-A across the street .I highly recommend going there before stopping by here. If you looked and you saw the rating, you're lucky if you have not walked in yet. Go across street to Chick-fil-A you'll have a better and safer dinner .

  Every time I come to this location they are never open on time. They never have any foid ready to serve. I used to love thi placecand was so happy when we got one in Lake Jackson but whoever manages this one needs to find a new profession.

  Horrible service. Drive through employees are rude not exactly happy to work. Bad communication skills. Make sure to check your order before you drive off. Since they somehow always forget the sauce!! So annoyed! Come on people. Do your job. It's not rocket science!
