  My steaks aren't always cooked the way they're supposed to, last time it was really dry and like it had been sitting on the plate for a while. I'm kind of biased with country music cause I don't like it, and the worst part about the dining experience is when they turn the music way up and start dancing. You can't even have a conversation when this is going on.

  Second and last time this situation has happened to us. Both of these visits happened in the following manner. Called in at 7pm with their "Call Ahead Seating" for a party of 9 for 8pm. No Problem. "All" of the party arrived at 7:55pm. Received our pager and was told we would be next. At 8:30 pm I went up to the Seating Counter and ask them how long it would be. Was told they were clearing the table now. Minutes later they paged another party that arrived after us to seat them. Once again I asked when we’re going to be seated and why we not seated when they said there clearing the table for us which they seated the other in. At 8:40pm same response. They were clearing the table right next to the restrooms which had an awful smell. I refused to sit there. Then another hostess came up to me and the manager and said that we were arrived before the previous party arrived there. I advised them they just lost 9 customers and about $100 worth of business. The "Service Manager" gave me his card and said that our next visit he will pay half and if we just call his personal number he would hold us a table for us.

  You can Call Ahead to shorten your wait! Just give us a call and we'll add your name to the wait list, make sure to let us know of any special needs. Write down your arrival time and confirmation number to bring with you. Once your entire party has arrived, check in at the host stand and we'll give you the wait time remaining."

  All of our steaks were cooked PERFECT !!!! Not a long wait on a Friday night , probaly one of the best Texas Roadhouse experience !!
